1. In order to process an order in the MILAAU store (, the Customer provides the following personal data in the order form:

A. Order with personal collection:

    • First name and last name;
    • E-mail;
    • Contact phone number.

B. Order with the shipment of goods:

    • First name and last name;
    • E-mail;
    • Delivery address;
    • Contact phone number.

2. The basis for processing of the above data by the MILAAU online store is art. 6 GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract.

3. In order to fulfill the order, including the delivery of goods, the MILAAU company may provide the above contact details to a courier company that delivers the ordered goods.

4. In the ordering process the customer may consent to the processing of the e-mail address provided in the order for the purpose of sending a newsletter (commercial information) by MILAAU.

5. The customer may at any time opt out of receiving the newsletter (commercial information).

6.Apart from information contained in cookies, the Shop does not gather any other information automatically.

7.Cookies are computer data, specifically text files, which are stored on a Shop user's terminal device and used while browsing webpages of the Shop. Cookies usually contain data such as: a name of a website which the data is collected from, the time of storing it on a terminal device and a unique number.

8.The Online Shop Operator is an entity that stores cookies onto a user's terminal device and gains access to them.

9. Cookies are used for: Optimising and adjusting the content of the Shop webpages to the user's preferences. Cookies thus collected allow for recognising a Shop user's device and displaying the website so that it is adjusted to the user's individual needs. Gathering statistics which are necessary for identifying Customers' needs and allow for improving the website structure and content.

The following types of cookies are used for the shop: Strictly necessary cookies, which enable the shop services to be used, e.g. Authenticating cookies intended for services that require shop authentication; Cookies designed to ensure security, e.g. used to detect the abuse relating to shop authentication; Performance cookies that allow for gathering information on using the Shop webpages; Functional cookies designed to “remember” settings chosen by the user and user interface customisation, e.g. regarding a language or region selection to indicate a user's location, a font size, a website appearance, etc.; Marketing cookies that are designed to deliver adverts to users, which are more adjusted to their interests.

12. It is often that the default settings of software intended for browsing websites (a web browser) are not changed, which means that a user's terminal device is permitted to store cookies. The Shop users may change cookie settings at any time. These may be changed particularly to disable automatic cookie handling in a web browser settings or to inform the Shop user every time cookies have been stored on his or her device. 13. The Shop operator informs that restraining the use of cookies may affect some functionalities of the Shop webpages. 

14. Cookies stored on a Shop user's terminal device may be also used by advertisers and partners collaborating with the Shop operator.

The customer always has the right to improve, change, withdraw consent, or even transfer or delete data. The data is stored for as long as it is necessary to secure the Customer's rights (eg warranty period or expiration of the purchased product).
